Claudia Shelley

Claudia is the Senior Editor for SportsNutrition4U.com, a cyber based nutrition, training center in Portland, OR.  Claudia helped enhance the SportsNutrition4U.com concept after identifying a need to quickly and concisely educate the vast number of people taking interest in the area of nutrition and exercise. This idea blossomed and now the SN4U website serves as the homepage for many university academic learning centers and weight rooms across the country. Through SN4U, Claudia also does online nutritional counseling and workout development for many athletes and non-athletes in the region and around the country.

Prior to moving to Portland, Claudia was working as a dental assistant while attending school full-time.  She organized new articles, developed and implemented strength, conditioning and nutritional protocols for SN4U at the same time.
